I am offering a beautifully finished ensuite bedroom in a brand-new, high-standard home to a female first-year or postgrad student. The room can be set up as a double or twin, making it ideal for one person or two female friends sharing. This is a five-day digs arrangement (Sunday evening to Friday), perfect for someone returning home at weekends. Available initially until December with possibility of extending to May 2026

Included in the weekly rate:

Private ensuite bedroom (double or twin)

Breakfast and dinner provided daily

All utilities, laundry and high-speed Wi-Fi

Quiet, comfortable environment

A car would be beneficial for added flexibility, though regular lifts are available. This is a premium, home-from-home option offering comfort, convenience, and a supportive atmosphere during the college week. Pre-planned weekend stays can also be arranged if needed.
