Just a 5-minute walk from campus, we have 3 double bedrooms available to rent, each offered as a private room. All rooms include lockers/storage and a dedicated desk area, ideal for study.

Students also have access to a front sitting/dining area, featuring a large TV and comfortable sofa—perfect for relaxing.
The kitchen is shared with the owner and is fully equipped with an air fryer, cooker, microwave, and a dedicated fridge for student use.

We have being receiving Students here for the last 4 years from TUS.
