One single bedroom available to rent. Very quiet cul-de-sac with parking. Access to bathroom, kitchen, living room (SMART TV), back garden space etc. Heating, electricity, refuse collection, washing machine/dryer, WIFI included. 

Strictly non smoking/vaping (outside is fine).

Room has single bed (pillows & duvet, sheets & towels can be provided), desk & chair, wardrobe, storage and a nice view!

Tenant will be besponsible for cleaning own room, bathroom and kitchen is clean-as-you-go. 

House has a small friendly dog! Adult children (own rooms) may visit from time to time.
