Rent Details

Room 1: €650/month

Room 2: €550/month

Term 2 (Jan–May 2026):

• Room 1: €3,250 + €100 oil = €3,350 total

• Room 2: €2,750 + €100 oil = €2,850 total

Rent due by December 1st in a lump sum, 2025
