*Rent of €400 & Total… Per Month Per Single Bedroom
{with no shared Bedrooms room / The Bedroom is for Indidual Use Only & No People over Neither Night or Day without The Homowners Permission in Advance To Do So!! }

* The Bills of examples: Electricity – Internet – Heating.. Etc are included In The Rent with fair usage of the Utilities / Bills or other Applied.

* With €400 Deposit
