  • The room is bright & airy with two large windows & the bed is e extremely comfortable.  We do not provide meals as over the years it has not worked to the students timetable.
  • You would have your own under counter fridge & large press in kitchen and welcome to prepare your meals there we have an AGA Cooker which is always on.
  • The price of the room is €170 a week, Sunday to Friday –  From 13th of January 2025 to the exam week on the 18th of May 2025
  • The accommodation includes Fibre Broadband Wi-Fi, TV and all mod cons and a deposit of €700 is required.
  • We live in a lovely part of the city & there are two fabulous gyms with swimming pools within a mile of the house as well as a driving range and pitch & putt nearby, and we are beside the TUS Gaelic Grounds and Rugby’s Thomond Park.  Dunnes, LIDL Tesco as well as VUE Cinema are a 5 minute walk and the City Centre is a straight 10 minute walk in the Ennis Road.  . They offer great sport in the college for young students.
