Room available for 5 day week. This is an owner occupied house. We have a downstairs bedroom which will be ready to rent out by mid September. There is a downstairs toilet and room in the kitchen to store food. Upstairs there is a family bathroom which would be shared with the student(this is where the family bedrooms are located) . There is a bus stop right outside our door which travels through Limerick all the way out to Raheen. A connecting bus would have to be from Limerick city to TUS. We have several shops and restuarants, take aways and two public houses and two chemists within walking distance (five mins walk). We are a family of four, two adults and two teenage children, one in college and one in secondary school, Mother and Father both work full time. We have 2 cats and one dog which are usually indoors. Bedroom door can be locked if required. Our home is a regular house, semi detached and located within a housing estate. At present I don’t have pictures but it can be seen on google maps. Student bedroom is small with single bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, a desk and chair can be bought if required. We can supply bedding or student can bring their own. We would prefer a more mature student and female but we will consider other if necessary. Non smoker. There are two TV rooms (sitting rooms) if student would like to watch TV privately/separately from the family. I am sending this from my work computer but I can supply pics if required when I am at home.

Rent per week €130 Deposit of €520 required.
