Why Are Changes Being Proposed?
Currently, each region has four Regional Part-Time Officers (PTOs) with responsibility for:
- Student Experience
- Lifelong Learning
- Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI)
- International Students
The redrafted structure proposes increasing the number of officers to improve campus representation and accessibility.
🔹 Proposed Officer Structure Changes
Student Experience Officers
Individual Student Experience Officers for:
- Thurles
- Clonmel
- Ennis
Limerick School of Art & Design (LSAD)
- One On-Campus Events Officer
- One Off-Campus Events Officer
📍 Moylish Campus
Proposed new roles:
- On-Campus Events Officer
- Off-Campus Events Officer
- International Officer
- Gaeilge Officer

Additionally:
- The current Vice President role in Moylish is held by one person.
- Athlone currently has two Vice Presidents.
- The proposal is to split the Moylish Vice President role in line with Athlone.
