The Double Room is available to rent from 750-800 p/m  or can put 2 single bed to share the room for 450 a bed p/m. The price does not include bills. This Double Room is available to rent in a fully furnished house of a male co-owner and occupant of property.

The room is equipped with double bed, bedside locker, desk/chair, book shelf and large locker. The room was recently painted and fitted with a new carpet. The house is equipped with one shared bathroom, Internet Broadband, living room, dining room, kitchen, hall and landing area, breakfast room and back garden.

There is free on-street parking outside the house. The house is located 5-10 minutes by car (2-3kms) from Limerick City. Bus stop with route to City Centre is situated outside the house. My eight-year old daughter stays over 1-2 nights per week and 50 per cent of school holidays.
