There is a second sitting room which we have turned into the 4th bedroom for the future student, own bathroom and shower, Tv, dresser, sofa and double bed in room.

access to washing machine, mini fridge, air fryer, kettle and toaster in the utility. Student can enter and access the property from the back door and side entrance without being in contact with us if that’s what is perfered.

kitchen can be used on agreed set times
