The house is very close to the University. 3 double rooms available. Females only. Rent is 600 per month, bills not included. 1500 deposit, which will be returned if the house is not damaged and no disruptive behaviours during your stay. the house is currently being refurbished and will be available hopefully beginning of August. you are welcome to rent the room all year long. No smoking or pets allowed.
