The home is well maintained, welcoming and combines traditional character with comfortable modern living. Located in the Littleton/Thurles area, it offers a peaceful home environment while being convenient for students attending college in Thurles.
Accommodation is Monday to Friday only, initially available for TUS Semester 1 until the Christmas break, with the possibility of extending after Christmas by mutual agreement.
The room would preferably suit a female student. Experience, understanding or an interest in neurodivergence and additional needs would be a particular advantage, as this is a neurodivergent family home (widowed parent with 11yrs daughter, mild autism and dyspraxia). There are no caring responsibilities associated with the accommodation; we are simply looking for someone kind, respectful and comfortable in this environment.
€130 per week, including household bills and Wi-Fi.
