We are looking for a quiet student of any year. This is a quiet, private house and the occupant will need to be respectful of this.

5 minute walk to TUS Athlone campus.

The room is fully self contained, but is accessed via the main house. The living area contains a pull out king size bed, TV, storage, clothes hanger, drop down table and two chairs. The bathroom contains a toilet, sink and electric shower. The kitchenette contains a two ring induction hob, fridge, sink, kettle, microwave, air fryer, iron, cutlery, utensils, crockery, pots and pans.

The rent includes bins, wi-fi, water, heating and electricity within reasonable use. Please note there is no access to a washing machine and the rest of the house remains private.

Due to this being a private house, the front door is locked every evening from 23:00.
