USI is happy to announce that registration for EMpower 2024 is now open!
EMpower aims to ᴇɴᴄᴏᴜʀᴀɢᴇ, ɪɴꜱᴘɪʀᴇ and ᴍᴏᴛɪᴠᴀᴛᴇ students from ethnic minorities to run for leadership positions in Students’ Unions, clubs, societies, or any other positions of influence!
The two-day event will include discussions, games, networking, presentations from inspirational speakers and students on being a leader.EMpower is open to students and Students’ Union officers from ethnic minorities who are currently in USI affiliated colleges.
Date:
It will take place at Queen’s University, Belfast Students’ Union on 16th-17th February 2024.
Fees:
A fee of €15 will be applied to this event, which includes food and limited accommodation for people travelling long distances to the event. Details of accommodation will be provided as soon as possible.
